One of the legendary poets of Kannada literature Prof Nissar Ahmed – remember his Nithyotsava songs and Kurigalu Saar Kurigalu….was in his best at his address on Friday at the inauguration of Rajakumar national festival.

The 16 years work of Doddahulluru Rukkoji ‘Dr Rajakumar Samagra Charitre’ is not a ‘Kodo Book’, it is ‘Kondkond Odo’ book of two volumes. I am happy extremely for his effort. I should congratulate Rukkoji wife Vedvathi. She has given enormous patience to her husband Prof Nissar pointed.

The work of Rukkoji should get him not just one or two doctorate but five doctorates he recommended.

A great friend of Dr Rajakumar for over 30 years Prof Nissar Ahmed recollected a few incidents of meeting Dr Rajakumar. Pointing to his fans Prof Nissar said they should come to seminar of two days to grow in heights knowing many things. Applaud and whistle is not just enough he stated to the fans of Dr Rajakumar. Such seminar on Dr Rajakumar would bring in transformation is the opinion of Kannada’s pride Prof Nissar Ahmed.
